IPTV "Couldn't connect to server"

For several days now, I can no longer access my IPTV subscription, whether on my computer app, my phone, or my mini box. The credentials are correct, the apps detect that my subscription is ending at the end of the year, but every time I try to refresh the server, it always says "Couldn't connect to the server".
This message only appears when I'm at home because when I'm at work, my account on the IPTV Smarters Player app works on the work Wi-Fi network.
So I imagine there are settings to change on my fiber livebox? Knowing that I have no connection or speed issues, and the site where I purchased the code is obviously not responding anymore...
Finally, I tried with other sites using the same connection method and it works...
I don't know what to do anymore, HELP
