Samsung smart TV, invalid MAC address

Hello,

I have a problem with my Samsung smart TV UE32K5500.
Out of nowhere, it got disconnected from the Wi-Fi and displays "Invalid MAC Address, please contact Samsung support."
I have already done several resets, but nothing changes. I have also changed Wi-Fi access points, but to no avail.
It shows that my MAC address is 00:00:00:00:00:00

What can I do, please?

Configuration: Model: UE32K5500AKXZF

Hi,

it smells like a dead Wi-Fi network card. The MAC address is invalid because the TV is unable to read the one provided by the Wi-Fi card, since it's dead.

So, go through Samsung for a repair...

I thought the same thing. After all, the Ethernet is working... I'm currently with support, I'll keep you updated.

And there it is, the wifi card is definitely dead, the advisor tells me...
Now all that's left is to send it to customer service, fortunately, it's less than 2 years old but just barely!
