TV won't turn on, but blue light is on.

Hello everyone!

Today I'm reaching out to you, hoping to find my happiness,
My TV won't turn on at all, although the blue light is on, but it doesn't blink, I have no sound either

Since I'm not knowledgeable about this, I've looked at various videos, forums..., but nothing has worked so far.

I noticed one of the fuses isn't working (if I'm not mistaken)

Could that be the problem? What else could it be?
