Hello,
Our screen stopped suddenly and now we have nothing. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
Thank you
Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.66

Hello,
It could come from a lot of things (it's hard to be sure via a forum)...
Our screen just stopped suddenly
In this case, an electronic component has failed.
You should see a repairman for an estimate or claim the warranty if it's still valid.
Or open it up with someone knowledgeable to assess the extent of the damage.

Thank you for your response. We still had sound through the home theater. Once all the components were unplugged, the standby button flashes and we see the TV starting up but nothing more after that.
- You're welcome.
