WHATSAPP refuses to upload my video

Hello everyone, and many thanks in advance to those who can help.
On WhatsApp I can upload my photos but not my videos (it's not a size issue because even a very small one won't go through) and I get the message "Video processing failed, please try again later. If you continue to see this message, please restart your phone" .
=> I have restarted many times but nothing helps
=> I just followed all WhatsApp recommendations (https://faq.whatsapp.com/android/troubleshooting/cant-download-or-send-media-files/?lang=fr) but the problem is still there
For info, I have a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G
