Hello,
I created an assembly in Illustrator and when I went to "links," I noticed that almost all the links were missing. However, the export was done correctly and all the export boxes (link, typography...) were checked (the images are all in PNG).
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 98.0.4758.102

When you import an image into Illustrator, in the window you have the option to choose to do so as a link or to include it in the document... By default (on PC), the image is included... on MAC I don't know how it is set up.

Thank you for your response. So if I understand correctly, if I incorporate the images into my .AI document and then create my assembly, I will have all the images in my "link" folder?
- I suppose you must have a CC version..
Personally, I refuse to subscribe for the use I make of it.. so I stuck with CS6 and assembly is not an option.. However, it is possible in InDesign and I suppose it works on the same principle.
If you check the link upon importing your image into Illustrator, the image will be in the assembly.. but if it is embedded in the file, there's no need since the image is included.. (and it’s not a link)
