Handles in Illustrator

Hello,

I can no longer display the object handles in Illustrator! With the normal selection, only the anchor points are displayed! Can someone help me with this? Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.1

    try with the command: Ctrl/H or Maj/Ctrl/B
