Hello,
I am reaching out to you and I hope you will be able to help me.
Yesterday I used the machine, at first everything was fine just like in the previous times, so yesterday I started a cutting job, the machine was working and all of a sudden it stopped and nothing happened, but it hadn't finished the cut and on my computer it says "device not recognized." I clicked on it and I see "driver error," even though I didn't touch anything on the computer and just 10 minutes before everything was fine. So I started another cutting job, but now it doesn't want to do anything, the machine won't start at all. I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it but there was no change, I checked for updates but nothing either, I turned the computer off and on several times, I also tried with another computer but it does the same thing, it won't start and I searched a bit on Google to see if I could find any hints but nothing seems to work.
