Cutting Plotter Issue

Hello,

I am having a problem with my Redsail cutting plotter and can't find a solution. Maybe you could help me?

I am working on my Mac with Easy Cut Studio, connected to the plotter via USB, and until today there was no problem.

Now, when I start cutting, the plotter starts, the blade moves but makes scribble-like marks all the way along. And of course, this has nothing to do with the lettering I want.

I have tried three times and without success, the same result happened.

If anyone has encountered the same problem or has a solution, I would appreciate it!
