Graphtec studio plotter issue

Good evening, I am currently working on a Mac, Mojave, and a Graphtec Ce5000.. I can't connect the plotter to the Mac.. synchronization is impossible.. via USB port. Inactive. But connected!!!!! Help!!!! Thank you for looking into this issue.. I really don't understand!!!!!

    Check that you have the latest version of Graphtec Studio for MAC
    http://www.graphteccorp.com/support/software/cuttingplotters.html
    Check the firmware.. the Ce5000 may need an upgrade according to the website.

    Finally it works!!!!!! Thank you... I no longer had the RS 232 connector or the installation CD, so as the tutorial explains. I loaded CM4 to transmit the data to the machine... just need to adjust my cutting settings!!!!! And there you go..... have an excellent week!!! Thank you again!!!! Aline.. ?????????!!!
