Plotter cutting issue

Hello,
For several months, I have been using my Seiki cutting plotter with the Easy Cut Studio software, and I usually create my designs beforehand in Illustrator.
Everything was working fine until today, when I encountered a big cutting problem...
The plotter does not complete the cut of the design and adds nonexistent straight lines in the cut preview in the software. I tried with a PNG and AI file, and I always have the same issue but never in the same place! I admit I feel a bit lost about the reason for this malfunction...
If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 83.0.4103.116

For me, it's a mechanical problem..
On the plotter, in order for the electronics to know where the blade is, there is an encoding system in X and Y that returns the information.
It can be a magnetic system (coded ribbon) or optical (code wheel).. Look in your manual to see if there might be a chapter on cleaning these devices.
That's the first thing that comes to mind, but it could be something else... random failures are the worst!

Thank you very much for your feedback!
Even if it seems like Chinese to me, I'll try to see how to clean all this up...
What’s even stranger is that I tried another simpler pattern just to see how the plotter would react, and it cut it very well!
Even though everything looks okay during the preview, I feel like the pattern is too complicated for it!

Hello,
Yes, I managed to find the support email for easycut studio (***@***) and here’s what they advised me:
Here are a few suggestions, see if that helps:
1. If your vinyl cutter is making random or incomplete cuts, it’s possible that it is receiving information too quickly to process. Make these changes for a more fluid transfer of information to the cutter.
1). Disconnect cables (power and communication)
2). Reconnect cables and increase the speed on the cutter. We recommend running at the maximum speed.
3). Send a test cut. see if that helps.
2. From the cutter menu, choose manage cutters and try to use "Roland CX" instead of "Seiki". and try again.
3. Try using a different USB cable, Do not exceed 3 meters in length. and try again.
4. Rotate your image 180°, and try again.
5. Power Saver Mode. - In your computer, disable any Screen Saver mode and Power Saver mode.
6. USB-driver - If you are having issues cutting, make sure you have the latest USB driver installed from
