Netflix disappeared from the LG remote Solved

Question

Hello,
I have an LG TV with Netflix directly on the remote control as well as Prime Video, and for the past few days I haven't been able to access Netflix; the TV directly redirects me to the box and it doesn’t work. Prime Video is still functioning. Also, on the opening page of my TV, Netflix no longer appears in the app banner. What should I do?

Hello, no, no solution found, I've tried all the advice I've read; unplugging, resetting the location; etc.... but nothing works.

Remote control reassociation: reset remote control: buttons BACK + HOME for 5 seconds => press OK to re-pair with the TV (as indicated by the notification on the TV)
