Problème avec Forge et Optifine

Bonjour,
Je rencontre deux problème avec Forge et Optifine.
Au début, je voulais simplement installer optifine, je le télécharge sur le site et je l'ouvre, je clique sur "Install" et une fenêtre d'erreur s'ouvre avec marqué ça :

Je décide alors de passer par Forge, je le télécharge, je double clique sur le fichier, mais là, il ne s'ouvre pas, il y a juste un document text qui se créer avec marqué ça :

Pour information : j'ai migré mon compte, j'ai installer le nouveau launcheur via microsoft store, et je n'ai pas la dernière version de windows (je parle là de windows 11)
