Playing in 4G with low ping?

Hello everyone, having a very poor rural connection between 5 to 11 Mbps in download because there are quite a few devices and people on it, with -1 in upload and a ping that varies between 25 and 35, which is still acceptable. However, I would like to have better options, fiber is not available until the end of the year and VDSL2 is too far. A few days ago, I got a new FREE plan with unlimited 4G and good speeds ranging from 25-50 Mbps in download and between 3-7 Mbps in upload, and the ping is surprisingly between 25-35 even though I can only access half of the network. So my question is whether I can optimize this ping on 4G to make it more stable and lower, while also possibly improving the speed, as I would like to stream and play games. I am using an iPhone Xr with a wired tethering to a brand new PC with a Z590M, 11400F, 3060 Ti, etc., all good hardware. So I hope you can help me! :p

Hello.
Ping is what it is, you can't do anything about it.

Isn't it possible to remedy this with a 4G router, for example?

Hi,
it's not by adding hardware that you will improve the ping; on the contrary, you add delay to the traversal.

But like, a 4G router or a 4G box would definitely be better than an iPhone, right? If I put my SIM card in there, won't it be better? Because with fiber, I might as well stick my finger in my eye before getting it, since I contacted the people concerned—Orange, Free, the mayor of my town, and the Orne Department Council—and ALL of them gave me a different date for the deployment, lol. I've had "in two months," "in a few months," "by the end of the year," so anyway, I don't have their time; I want to enjoy...
