Hello,

So far, a very bad experience. We bought a dishwasher that was delivered to us damaged, with a dent at the bottom. The delivery person noted it on the delivery slip but left it with us, thinking there would be an exchange without problem.
When we contacted them, they asked us to send all the photos, which we did.
Their response was that it was only an "aesthetic" issue!!! That it wasn't covered by warranty... and they offered us a discount of 30 euros!!!! Considering the dishwasher costs 469 euros.
I'm trying again to request an exchange, but if they don't comply with my request for a direct exchange, which seems logical, I will come back to let you know if you can trust them or if they are scammers.
