Hello everyone,
Like a fool in desperate need of affection and sex, I jumped at the chance of a Snap account offering a real sex rendezvous for 50 euros if I agreed to be slightly filmed.
After sending the payment through PayPal, I asked for more information to arrange the meeting.
Of course, it turned out to be a scam, so no more responses and 50 euros down the drain.
Do I have a way to take action against her considering the deal was not fulfilled or for prostitution via social media (possibly involving a minor) or any other reason?
Thank you in advance for your response, and once again, I was a real fool, I apologize.

Hello,

Since soliciting the services of a prostitute is illegal, no, you have no recourse.

I know that prostitution is allowed if it is declared for tax purposes, but if it is not declared, then it is considered tax fraud. Who will be wrong before the law, me or her (or both)?

Hello,

Prostitution is legal. Being a client is not:

The following acts are prohibited:

Soliciting sexual relations from a prostitute in exchange for payment, a promise of payment, a benefit in kind, or the promise of such a benefit.
Accepting sexual relations from a prostitute in exchange for payment, a promise of payment, a benefit in kind, or the promise of such a benefit.
Obtaining sexual relations from a prostitute in exchange for payment, a promise of payment, a benefit in kind, or the promise of such a benefit.

The act of attempting to commit any of these acts is also punishable, even if the attempt was unsuccessful.

Engaging the services of a person who is prostituting is punishable by a fine of €1500.

In case of recurrence, the fine can go up to €3750.

Re:

You 'financed' a shady thing (with sexual connotation) for 50 Zorros... It would therefore be inappropriate to dare complain (See Pierrecastor's response..).

See you!
