Toshiba Satellite Restarting in a Loop at Startup

Hello,
I will try to describe my problem as precisely as possible. PC reference: Satellite L670-1DL

First, the laptop does not boot up correctly, it displays the following messages:

- Attempting to recover the installation…

- Restoring your previous version of Windows…

Then it restarts in a loop.

The PC is originally on "Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit", but upon startup, it displays the Windows 8 or 10 logo. So I'm wondering if it could be related to the operating system.

After lengthy research, I tried leaving it running for several hours to see if it would unlock, I attempted to reset the PC using a Windows 7 ISO (but it does not detect the USB drive in the BIOS), and many other things...

I find myself at an impasse… What can I do? Note that I have a desktop PC where I have already connected the hard drive to recover files; could I reset the hard drive from that other computer?

My problem seems quite complex, and I hope you could help me with it!

    If you purchased the laptop in recent years, it does not come with a recovery disc, but it has a hidden partition. This is a recovery partition on the hard drive that contains the operating system and device drivers. You can use the hidden partition to restore your Toshiba Satellite and make it work like new.

    It is relatively easy to complete "Toshiba Satellite Windows 7" using the recovery partition. Here’s the tutorial.

    Step 1: Turn off the laptop, then unplug all external devices such as the mouse and external hard drives.

    Step 2: Connect your Toshiba laptop to a power source to avoid any power outage.

    Step 3: Press and hold the 0 key on the laptop's keyboard and simultaneously click the power button to start the computer. As soon as the laptop starts beeping, release the 0 key.

    Step 4: Select Yes to continue the system recovery when prompted by the warning screen.
