Hello
By definition, in an email client where the account is configured with IMAP, the Inbox and Sent folders are not really "synchronized"; the machines all access the same folders stored on your email provider's IMAP server.
To ensure that "Sent" messages are identical on all machines, you need to make sure that the email client configuration on each machine is correctly set to use the proper "Sent" folder from the IMAP server and not some arbitrary "Sent" folder located on the machine, which is not always the case by default.
Therefore, depending on your email app, in its advanced settings, the sent items folder must be correctly configured and must "point" to the "Sent" folder on the server.
Consult the documentation for your email program/app (email client) to find where the setting is located. Some do not offer this setting :-(

Hello and thank you for your response, unfortunately I'm far from being a geek and I didn't understand everything...
Hello
So if you want more help, you'll need to give us more information (without any personal info, of course!!!).
Which messaging software are you using? On each affected machine...
Who is your email provider? (gmail, outlook, orange, etc...)
Because we are out of crystal balls and the Chinese no longer sell them...

Good evening and thank you for your response. I will try to provide you with as much information as possible, and I thank you again for the time you are dedicating to me.
I use OUTLOOK on my PC and the Samsung email app on my phone. My email address is hosted by Free, which I am no longer subscribed to, but I have no issues with receiving or sending emails on either my PC or my phone. My only concern is that I cannot find the emails sent from my PC on my phone, which is inconvenient when I am traveling and without my computer.
Thank you again, and I hope you can help me resolve this major issue.
Sincerely
Philippe

Hello,
After backing up your "sent" messages and all those "not synced" with your account.
Delete the Free account from your Outlook, then try to recreate the relevant Free IMAP account.
If it's still unsuccessful, manually create 3 folders "Sent Items", "Drafts", and "Deleted Items" (which correspond to the IMAP names), then right-click on the email address at the top of the folders and choose "Update Folder List"
See you!
