Hello, my Canon Pixma TS3150 printer no longer accepts paper. The sheet is damaged at the bottom left.
I was photocopying my ID card. I managed to do the front but couldn't do the back; I also made quite a few photocopies that day (preparing for a school trip with my child). The screen indicated "paper jam" but I didn’t see anything.
I did quite a bit of research but couldn’t find the same problem I have.
My husband and I opened it (it’s no longer under warranty) but we didn’t see any paper stuck.
This morning I called Canon, and the lady had me do a lot of manipulations but with no success.
She told me that I could send it in for free, they would check it and provide a quote, if I accept it I pay (normal), if I refuse, I have to pay for the refused quote.
So I don't know what to do anymore, it's great for printing and I don't want to change it, it's nearly 4 years old.
Can you help me? We’re both handy. I think it's something minor.

Hello, I have the problem and it's still there. I just changed the format. In photo format, the paper is taken and printed. In A4 format, the paper starts to go down but doesn't come out and the printing stops.
