Hello,
I'm starting this discussion because for the past few days I have been experiencing slow downloads for games from the XBOX app. In fact, for several days, the download speed has been much slower than usual, and I often encounter errors that force me to restart the download from the beginning.
I've already tried several things:
- I changed the download settings in Windows > No bandwidth limit and enabled the option to download "from other PCs on my network and Internet PCs."

- I reinstalled Windows (to solve another problem)
- I tried using a VPN
The downloads are still slow
These slowdowns only affect the XBOX app and all the games I want to install.
I have no problem downloading from other launchers (Steam, Epic Games)
Do you know what might be causing this problem? Is Microsoft throttling the downloads, or is there a setting somewhere that I missed?

PS: When I say slow, I mean between 5MB and 15MB/s, which usually allows me to have most games within an hour.
Normally, and on other applications, I download at 90MB/s
