Fortnite voice chat issue

Good evening everyone, I’m getting in touch with you following a little meeting on Xbox One.

Three days ago, I played with a friend on Forza, and we created an Xbox group to be able to communicate without being interrupted by loading screens or other game issues. However, ever since I connect to Fortnite and try to enter the chat with my teammates, I can't hear them and the game tells me that I'm in an Xbox Live chat group... yet I'm sure that I have left that group several times... I also tried to dig through my settings but couldn't find an answer.

    Hello, I have the same problem, have you found a solution?

      Hi everyone, I recommend restarting your console. I had the same issue, but after restarting it, it worked. If it still doesn't work, try switching your group chat in the game and it should normally work.
