Crystal Disk Info, read error rates

Hello, I recently got a new computer, a Lenovo Ideapad 3, which has only 250 hours of use, but I’m already noticing some small issues. Despite using a cooler (with internal temperatures averaging around 23-25 degrees), I sometimes experience overheating (up to 50 degrees on the C: drive), which causes my mouse cursor to freeze. I don’t understand why, as I have a very basic usage (internet browsing, YouTube, movies on VLC). However, when I check Crystal Disk Info, despite the good readings ("Good" "100%"), the "read error rate" shows 81 in "current," 76 in "worst value," and in raw values: 0000076294B1. I read on forums that normally it should only show 0s, which is often the case in screenshots from others. Should I be worried or is it nothing to worry about?

        Without having the computer in my hands, how do you want me to know? Your computer is new, so it's under warranty. I advise you not to tinker with it too much and to make use of the warranty.

    Yes, your error rate is a bit strange. It's possible for a new disk to have defects.

    As the colleagues say, return to customer service, but you can test the disk with the dedicated tool Seatools, so if it detects errors, you will have proof of the problem.

    Thank you, even today I'm hitting temperatures of 54 degrees while it barely starts, it freezes all the time, it's really low quality!
