Hello,
I registered on the dramapassion site and took out a subscription by paying through PayPal because it was said that it would not be automatic.
Once confirmed on PayPal, oh surprise, the payment became automatic.
According to the terms of sale, I should be able to cancel my subscription but there is no button.
I have therefore blocked the automatic renewal on PayPal.
I asked to unsubscribe from the site by contacting us, but have received no response.
Am I at risk of legal action and how should I go about canceling my subscription and unsubscribing? There is no form.
Does anyone have an answer?

    Listen, I hate to repeat myself, you blocked the payment so as I already told you, they will no longer be paid and therefore the subscription will stop, what do you want them to do more?

    For me, it's the opposite; I wanted to subscribe as I used to do occasionally in the past for a limited period, and that's no longer possible. The site hasn't been updated in a long time, and I think they've stopped their activity, but this doesn't appear anywhere on their site, and they don't respond to the questions we ask them. It's a pity because there are many old series I would like to watch.

    Hello, I am exactly in the same situation. I have just been charged even though they clearly state that the subscription is not automatic, yet strangely it becomes so, and there is no option to cancel it.
