This site based in San Marino, near Monaco, can be pleasant, but getting out of it is a nightmare, and since they supposedly don't speak French, they pretend not to understand your request for cancellation and reload your subscription for a month, and you end up paying..

Hello, if I have €200 to pay, can I unsubscribe with such an amount? I have €99 to pay before 14/03 and €104 to pay before 17/03. I would like a quick answer, and how do I make the payment??? I can't find it.

Indeed, after the 14-day trial, I was charged about €100 even though I didn't intend to continue the subscription...
The 14-day trial ended on November 9th, which was 3 days ago, and I only used it on the first day (October 25th). I wasn't aware that I would be charged for a one-year subscription without having opted for it.
So, is there a way for me to get a refund? Should I hurry to cancel the subscription to avoid further charges?
If that's the case, will canceling my subscription prevent me from getting a refund?

I was put on notice to pay 100 after 1 year. Next time, I won't pay anymore. I stayed barely 3 days on my free month.
