     7. DURATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

    7.1. Subscriptions take effect from the user's registration for the COOL VOISINE service. The subscription is automatically renewed under the same conditions for a duration equivalent to that of the initial period.

    7.2. The user may terminate their subscription at any time by using the information provided via email at the time of subscription. Upon termination, the price of the current subscription is not refunded to the user. The user retains the right to access and use the service for the remaining period of their subscription, provided that the termination is initiated by them and is not the result of a sanction related to the non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

    7.3. In case of non-compliance by the user with these terms and conditions, COOL VOISINE reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account without notice or refund.

    7.4. The user will be informed of the suspension or termination by email.
