Voice recorder feature on Samsung A40

I can't find the voice recorder function on my Samsung A40 mobile phone. I also can't find the information in the user manual.
Can someone tell me if this function exists and where it is located?

    Hello, this is the "Voice Recorder" function. This application is pre-installed by default on Samsung devices, but it may have been removed if the smartphone was reset once. If it is no longer available, you just need to reinstall it from the Play Store.
