    Hello,
    A way to repair...
    - via a repair technician for sure
    - by your services, it depends on the installed model that will have to be found and on your soldering skills on circuit boards and the necessary equipment, provided the printed circuit board has not been damaged.

There is also probably a way to install a bypass by going through another existing audio output on the television.
What model is this Philips TV? (see the label on the back)

The 32PFL2807H/12 model offers 2 audio outputs
Excerpt from TV Connectivity PHILIPS 32PFL2807H
Audio Outputs: Stereo Headset (x1) • Digital Coaxial (x1)

One can therefore, by purchasing a digital (coaxial in) to analog out converter, bypass the fault on the headphone jack.
    Example https://www.amazon.fr/AMANKA-Convertisseur-Num%C3%A9rique-Analogique-Adaptateur/dp/B074V56538
With this converter you will only need a simple coaxial audio cable to connect the TV to the converter.
Please provide me with the model references of your headset to know if the proposed converter above (without volume adjustment) is suitable.

Thank you very much for your response! the model is: 32PFL2807H/12. I think this is not within our competencies... it will be repairable unless there is another audio output.....but I don’t think so.

Ok... Headset with volume control on the headset...
The converter gives more forward suitability.
