Broken headset: won't turn on anymore

Hello, I would like to ask you how to turn my M-276 BT headset back on. It charges, but as soon as I try to turn it on, it won’t. Please help me!

    Hello,

    It is likely that the battery is dead...dead or that the charger is not charging anything at all... or is poorly connected.

    If the battery is indeed dead or has been left uncharged for a long time, it should be left on charge for a long time before seeing the first signs of charging.

    The charging USB cable might also be broken, so you should try with another one that works.

      Thank you very much, Madam. It's progressing better because my headset turns on but then it shuts off immediately. At least I know it's not dead yet. I'll let it charge for 1 or 2 weeks and I'll let you know what happens!

    OK, I guess the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore..., there must be a battery in the headset...

    I think three days should be enough to recharge it.!!!
