Hello,

I am unable to download Disney on my Polaroid smart TV, even via the Google Play Store.
Could you please help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 98.0.4758.87

Hello

Either you have access to the Play Store from the TV and that should be possible, or you don't because your TV is a "simple" Android TV and not an "Android TV".

In the case of a simple Android TV (I think that’s the case for them), nothing is possible unless the manufacturer decides to enable it and deploys it. Even accessing your Google Play account online via a PC won't work.
