Is the site a scam or not?

Hello, I found a couch that interests me on the site "bafara.fr," but it seems to be abroad. I would like to know if this site is reliable because I'm a bit afraid of paying by card and never receiving the couch :-/

    Very bad experience for me: furniture ordered and received one and a half months later, plus it was damaged and I had to pay for a second delivery, customer service was difficult to reach and not listening.

    CB charged / Order not validated / radio silence at BEFARA

    Following furniture order...
    My credit card was charged even though the order has not been validated.
    5 days without any response from them. 2 emails without reply and on the phone, they tell me to wait... nothing more.
    Total lack of consideration from the person who answered the phone. "Sufficient" attitude or even nonchalant.
    Not very reassuring, especially since the site displays no legal mention, no postal address, no SIREN, no registration with the RCS (foreign company)...

    Indeed, Befera is located in Spain (There’s even an address!!...), the company is registered under Spanish law...
    It's not a distant 'Eastern' site, which is good... As for the quality of what is sold, we would need to find some testimonials...
    For payment, there is a 'cash on delivery' option (+15€) or the use of a 'Virtual Card' (See at the bank..) which avoids giving your card information online or by phone.
    At first glance, this site seems very real!

      Which site is dead? Note that the real site is bEfara.fr and not bAfara.fr (Typo from Maurore..).
