Hello,

my touchscreen stopped working after I changed the system from Windows 10 to 8.1 because my PC could not support Windows 10.

I tried to find drivers on the HP website, but they do not offer the touchscreen drivers. I believe my system no longer detects the touchscreen.

Before switching to Windows 8.1, the touchscreen test was offered by the system diagnostics, but now it does not offer it to me.

I hope someone can help me because I don't know what to do anymore.

ps: I'm attaching a screenshot of my HP Pavilion information hoping it can help you

Hello,
Originally, the ultraportable PC was a tablet coupled with a keyboard. It is configured exclusively for Windows 10 and later versions. All drivers are optimized for Windows 10.
Before switching to Windows 8.1, the touchscreen test was offered by the system diagnostic, but now it doesn't offer it anymore.

I tried to find drivers on the HP website, but it doesn't provide touchscreen drivers.

Normal. They do not exist for Windows 8.1.

Thank you for your response

Following that, I tried to reinstall Windows 10, and I managed to install the 32-bit version

But nothing has changed; the touchscreen still does not respond

I installed the Windows 10 Home version since in the specifications of my PC on the HP website, this is the version that is listed

I am providing the specification sheet of my PC here: https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/product/hp-pavilion-10-n200-x2-detachable-pc/8744659/model/9014707/product-info?sku=P7S22EA
