ok, mais apparemment ça devenait "régulier" d'après tes dires
Deux trois fois par le passé, j'ai eu une sorte de page noire puis un message en bas à droite quand l'écran "se rallume" , un truc style : " pilote AMD a cessé de fonctionné"
Mais depuis quelques jours, ça arrive très souvent ... deux fois en moins d'1 heure ce soir ...
PS: hormis le souci avec AMD (qui ne devrait plus revenir avec la MAJ du pilote), ton pc fonctionne correctement?

oui et installer les nouvelles RAM aussi.

le problème peut être d'ordre matériel
le pilote de ta carte graphique est à jour
fait ceci:
quitte tous tes programmes en cours
dans recherche, tape CMD et clique sur --> exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tape/copie-colle --> sfc /scannow et clique sur Enter
ATTENTION: il y a 1 espace entre sfc et/
laisse bosser le pc
à la fin du scan, regarde s'il a/n'a pas trouvé/réparé de fichiers système
si tu as des questions...

Bonjour,
Toutes mes excuses ... je suis rentrée de déplacement le 4 et le covid m'est tombé dessus ! Depuis je me traine et j'ai beaucoup de mal à aligner deux pensées cohérentes ... mais cela va vers le mieux! (on y croit !!)
Malgré cela j'ai eu le temps de faire la manip que tu m'as demandé (deux fois pour être sure :-) ) et la machine me dit que tout est OK.
