Bonjour,

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 96.0


J'ai besoin d'aide avec mon PC. Depuis quelques temps , il s'éteint brusquement, les pages mettent un temps infini à s'ouvrir/se fermer ( j'ai un petit rond qui tourne, tourne ...) . Je commence à taper un texte sous word et soudainement les lettres n'apparaissent plus, l'écran se fige ... Un temps infini aussi pour enregistrer un doc ou carrément, l’écran qui se fige et ne veut plus continuer, impossible de charger des photos sur mon annonce FB ...

J'ai passé CCcleaner. Réinitialisé firefox J'ai même pris un mois d'essai à Avast Premium qui me dit que mon ordi est 100% optimisé et bah, non ...
La poisse !

Qui peut me dire quoi faire ?
Certes, il est "vieux" et je suis toujours sous Windows7 ... mais ça arrive d'un coup ...

c'est le pilote de ta carte graphique qui est en cause

clique sur les touches Windows+R

dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tape/copie-colle --> devmgmt.msc et clique sur OK

poste 1 capture d'écran de ton Gestionnaire de périphériques --> clique ici

fais ceci:

1) télécharge 7zip sur ton bureau --> clique ici

clique droit sur 7zip,et choisi "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour l'installer

2) Télécharge ce pilote --> clique ici
et met-le dans tes documents.
Fais clic droit sur --> AMD-FORCED-Legacy-7x64-16.2.1-drp.zip
Sélectionne --> 7Zip
Choisis --> extraire vers "AMD-FORCED-Legacy-7x64-16.2.1-drp\"
Va dans le gestionnaire de périphériques.
Fais clic droit sur le périphérique --> AMD RADEON HD 7660D
Mettre à jour le pilote
Parcourir mon ordinateur ......
Choisir parmi une liste de pilotes...
Disque fourni
Parcourir
Va dans tes documents
Va dans le dossier du pilote dézippé --> AMD-FORCED-Legacy-7x64-16.2.1-drp
Dossier --> AMD
Dossier --> FORCED
Dossier --> Legacy
Dossier --> 7x64
Dossier --> 16.2.1
Sélectionne le fichier --> C7318064.inf et OK


Redémarre

après la manipulation, regarde si tu as toujours ton souci avec --> " pilote AMD a cessé de fonctionné"

J'ai suivi ta procédure. Lors de la toute dernière commande, je n'ai pas OK, mais ouvrir. Ce que j'ai fait. Est ce bon ?

J'ai redémarré.

Comment savoir, si je vais avoir encore ce souci ou pas ?
Juste à voir avec le temps ?

je pense que tu n'as pas suivi la procédure correctement, car tu as toujours la même date du pilote dans ta capture d'écran (16/11/2013)

le pilote que je t'ai demandé d'installer est du 18/09/2017 pour W7 en 64 bits

recommence la procédure
