How to change an unmodifiable Plato identifier?

Hello,

I have been trying to change my username on Plato for a week now, but every time it tells me "only use _/./A/.." and I enter it, but it doesn't work.
What should I do??

    Hello, what username did you want to put? I don't think you can use a period in usernames.
