I can't upload a profile picture.

Hello, I just signed up for Twitter but I can't set a profile picture.
I go to edit profile, click on "add a profile picture" and select my photo but it shows a white image. I’ve tried with several photos and I even created a new account but it still does the same thing.
Does anyone have a solution?
