Hello
Could you please provide us with the exact model? (label underneath)...
The mouse, after you have ensured that the batteries are correct.
You need to press the button on the bottom of the mouse to pair it with the USB dongle connected to the computer.

If the answer helped you, a little thank you would be really nice...
Is it resolved? The green button at the top, that's good!
Let him who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse ;-)

Hello Flo, Macintosh,
Generally, this type of behavior occurs after an automatic system update (Windows 10 upgrade, switching to W11) that deteriorates, makes obsolete, or deactivates the mouse driver.
Suggestions:
1) Install/test the mouse/dongle on another PC to verify the integrity of the kit.
2) - Then uninstall the driver (device manager) and reinstall (download) the latest version available on the manufacturer's website for the mouse (even if it has the same reference).
It's common for the manufacturer not to update the driver, and in that case, the device becomes unusable, see 1).

I assure you, I can read the user manuals ????
But when I press the connect button, the little light turns on but it doesn't connect,
(I've already changed the batteries)
Do you have another solution?
Thank you qqm
