HP Envy Photo 6230, paper jam

Hello, I have an HP Envy Photo 6230 and I can't print my photos, it's constantly saying "paper jam"... how can I sort this out????

Configuration: Android / Chrome 97.0.4692.70

    Hello ....

    If the paper jam only occurs when you're printing photos, there’s a good chance that the paper is incompatible or something else is wrong ..
    What type of paper are you using?

        It's the weight of the paper that matters...
        In principle, for this printer HP recommends paper
        Tray 1: A4: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP photo paper: up to 250 g/m²; HP photo paper 10 x 15 cm: up to 250 g/m²
        It may be that your media is fine??? To be checked, otherwise personally I don't really see why the paper jam only happens with the paper you're using unless the weight is not right??

        The photo paper weighs 220 mg... okay, well let's test it with another photo paper with a higher weight then...?

        There is indeed very little difference ... but perhaps the difference is enough to cause a paper jam??
        Ideally, it would be best to have the paper recommended by HP
