Hello as well...
No, because I see no connection between HDMI and PLC.
Unless your problem is poorly explained.
Best regards

Hi,
First of all, thank you for responding so quickly. I don't know anything about computers. I got a box and plugged everything in, but there's no picture. So I called Bouygues Telecom, and I spoke to a visual advisor, but nothing worked. I have four HDMI cables, but nothing is working; then he told me that in order for it to work, I need 2 powerline adapters.

Hello,
Did you press the "source" or "input" or "enter" button on your remote control to select the corresponding HDMI input?

Based on experience and in addition to the verification suggested by Andy31200 (to be checked), HDMI detection can sometimes be tricky. If the correct selection is made on the TV, it can be useful to leave the HDMI cable connected, then turn off the TV, restart the box, wait for it to fully start, and only then turn on the TV for the HDMI detection to work.
On an older TV, I had to do this twice to regain the HDMI connection of a soundbar that I had unplugged for 2 days. When I reconnected it, it didn't work right away.
Of course, this assumes we are 100% certain of the "health" of the HDMI cable.
