Hello,
I bought a laptop which is the Thomson Neo 14.1, unfortunately after less than a week of use when I want to turn on the PC after it is fully charged (the white light means it is charged) the LED that indicates the computer is on lights up but the screen remains black. I have to turn it off and then turn it back on for it to work. Do you have any solutions to fix the problem? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Make use of the warranty.
But don't expect much from this low-end and completely outdated "PC".

don't buy these little Thomson PCs, they're low-end, they're cheap but they're crap and full of problems.
The models with eMMC 32 or 64 GB are clearly a catastrophe.
