Blocked download: how to unblock it?

Hello,
I am using an iPhone 7 and I downloaded the total app to be able to download songs and listen to them offline, without mobile data or Wi-Fi.
However, when downloading the songs, a message appears: "download blocked. Downloading from this site has been disabled to maintain compliance with the website's terms of use."
How can I unblock this please?
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 96.0.4664.116
