Hello,

Since I installed the Linky meter...the Delta Dore 520 that controls the underfloor heating displays def7 and on the electric meter the T/C is flashing red and I can read online that there is a bad communication between the Delta Dore and the electrical box...what should I do?
Thank you.

Good evening Redbart,

first of all, thank you for your response. I had a technician from Enedis come over and explained what I've already stated on this site... the problem is that he didn't even know devices like Delta Dore, nor DEF 7 or T/C that are flashing on the meter display. When you talk about an installer, you are of course referring to the one who installed the Linky meter since the Delta Dore was installed a long time ago. Thanks again for your replies. I, of course, looked at your link that describes the same symptoms, but how can I prove to EDF that it comes from their Linky (PS: the technician who came had connected the telecommunication wires to C1/C2... which I have since moved back to I1 and I2 but that doesn't change the problem at all.
