Kidicom chat won't open anymore.

Hello,
My daughter got the kidicom max phone. We set up the kidicom chat app. It worked well at first. My daughter is at a different home than mine tonight. She sends me messages, but I don't receive anything. After disconnecting and uninstalling the app, I reinstalled everything and now it shows error 101 on connection. I can no longer access it at all. Could someone please guide me?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.104
