Reinstall the fitTrack pro app

Hello,
When I try to log in or reinstall the fitTrack pro app, it says: "Access to a message server error, please try again later."
And even though I try later or even several days after, it still shows me the same thing.
What should I do to be able to use this app again?

Hi, have you found a solution? I’ve been having the same issue for 2 days.
