Rocket League: Strangely Synchronized FPS Drops

Hello!
Let me explain, for a few days now on Rocket League (and only on this game), my fps drops from around 240fps to 30fps for a second after about 1 minute to 1 minute 30 in the game, after which it stabilizes at a constant 120fps but drops to 30-20fps for a second every 5 seconds. This is quite precise and synchronized, which worries me. If I continue playing after 1 minute 30, the game will constantly degrade, it’s a crescendo. (I’m not sure about what I’m going to say, but I also believe that the in-game image deteriorates at the same time as the FPS)
When the game is running in the background and I decide to go back to it; it regains its normal FPS but loses them after 2-3 minutes, starting the hellish loop again...
Interesting fact: I play Rocket League on Steam, so I tried playing on Epic Games to see if it was my in-game settings, Steam, or something like that, and obviously even on Epic Games I have exactly the same problem, down to the seconds.
I updated to Windows 11 but I already had the problem on Windows 10
I tried installing the latest NVIDIA driver 497.29 but the installation fails; however, I don’t think that would have fixed the problem.
I also have bakessmod but since I had it before the bugs appeared, I don’t think it has any impact
I also reset my PC and still the same problem.
So there you go, I’ve said everything, I hope you can help me!
If anyone has an idea, I would be extremely grateful!
