Oxybuds Bluetooth, only the right earbud works

Good evening everyone,

I'm addressing you because I'm feeling desperate. Since yesterday, I've been trying in vain to understand how to solve this problem. The technical support isn't helpful; no matter how much I contact them, they don't respond.

The day before yesterday, I bought a Bluetooth earbud. I was able to use them for a while, and then for some reason I don't know, the right earbud stopped working on the same day. It's annoying; listening with only one side is not very comfortable.

These are Oxybuds Bluetooth earbuds that I bought for 20 euros at Carrefour; maybe the price has something to do with it... And my phone is a Samsung A6.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Exactly the same problem as you... only one works.
