One earbud i12 TWS is not working.

Hello, I received the i12 TWS earbuds yesterday, and this morning I wanted to make them work, but only one of the two earbuds pairs. I tried to find a solution, but no forum mentions it. Please reply quickly because I don't know what's going on. Thank you very much for your responses.
