Solved

Back from a tough vacation
my PC displays a nice blue screen with bad system config info
I'm following Microsoft's procedure
and nothing works
impossible to do a recovery
impossible to reinstall Windows while keeping the files
(the reset gets to nn%
Cancelling changes
We encountered a problem)
then back to square one

we find this at the end of strtrail.txt in logfiles
the only thing that works
is the command prompt

Test performed:
---------------------------
Name: Event log diagnostic
Result: Operation completed successfully. Error code = 0x0
Duration = 156 ms

Test performed:
---------------------------
Name: Internal state check
Result: Operation completed successfully. Error code = 0x0
Duration = 0 ms

Test performed:
---------------------------
Name: Check for installed LCU
Result: Operation completed successfully. Error code = 0x3f1
Duration = 3922 ms

Run a chkdsk on the disk no problem

Yes, it will be the best solution:
To install Windows 10:
You need a USB key of at least 8GB, connect it to your PC, then download this tool from Microsoft, open the tool and create your Windows 10 installation media:

Thank you, I can do all that
I was dreaming of a miracle solution
but well, I reinstalled
Windows
my emails
and my passwords
2 days of work that I could have done without

and no thanks to Microsoft
