Hello,
I switched to Outlook as a replacement for Windows Live Mail which is no longer updated!!!, and there’s a big difference; in Windows Live Mail, there’s no synchronization issue or subscription, while with Outlook there is a synchronization that needs to happen and this synchronization is very long, sometimes it crashes.
With Windows Live Mail, I get my messages instantly, whereas here "It takes a certain amount of time LOL, even a considerable amount of time".
It's very unpleasant and more like a hassle when someone forwards me a message to which the user expects a response online over the phone.
Do you have the same issue, or can we improve this???

Hi
We don't know which Outlook you are referring to or the settings used
With Outlook 2019, there are no issues with Gmail, nor with WLM for that matter-
Hello and thank you,
I'm no longer in front of my PC, but this is the very latest version of Outlook, although I have the same issue with other versions on two other PCs!!!
As for the settings, nothing special, I'm at home connected via WIFI to my router.
Note: I don't have the same problem with my other email address at 9Business.fr.
Best regards. -

Is it a pop or imap account?
Don't you have thousands of emails on Gmail? -
