Hello,
I have two Lenovo computers, one that connects to Wi-Fi without any issues and the other that has a globe icon with a prohibition sign. I can't connect and I can't find a solution. Could someone please help me?
Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.45

When I click on troubleshoot, it says
Problem with the wireless network card or the access point
    And
Wi-Fi does not have a valid IP configuration
I am not a computer scientist; I don't know what that means and even less what I should do....
Thank you again to those who will answer me.

I suspect that your PC's address is prohibited from connecting to the router...

It is possible that you spend too much time on your PC, or that you play prohibited games or discouraged network games, or that the rest of your activities suffer and a kind soul has banned connected activities on your PC... it's called parental control... (I suppose)

So no, because we use them very rarely. It's mostly for my daughters when they have homework to do on the computer. We don't play games on them, no social media, nothing... We really turn them on very rarely. And both computers have the same purpose except that right now there is only one that works...

OK, sorry... I thought it was the girl asking the question and the parents who had blocked the PC...

What model of Lenovo is it?? And which version of Windows??

Probably a virus that has installed itself..

I don't know the model because these are computers we got during a training with my husband... And I admit that I'm not very good with computers. It seems to me that it's Windows 10 on it.
Sorry, I realize that I'm not being very helpful.
