Sena SRL

Hello, I just installed the Sena SRL intercom on my Shoei Neotec 2.
When I try to install the firmware while my helmet is connected to my PC, it doesn't recognize it. In fact, my PC recognizes and accepts a standard USB stick but apparently refuses the helmet. Is there something I need to do?
Thank you.

Hello.
Recurring problem with Sena... there is a 90% chance that it comes from the driver provided by Sena... if it is not signed, by default Windows refuses to use it...
To be sure, you need to open the Device Manager, display the "hidden" devices, and look in the "USB Bus Controller" line... you will probably see a line (possibly containing the name of the intercom) with a small yellow triangle => if that's the case, there is a procedure to make Windows accept using the driver...
The detailed procedure is available here:

Even if you're not a whiz at computers, if you follow the step-by-step help provided, you'll be able to do it easily...
